I had “custom made” shower doors installed. Once the two gentlemen finished, I checked the doors and pointed out the doors were wobbling. One guy said he could put foam at the bottom, but the blue color would show, then the other guy said oh it’s fine so they gathered their equipment and left. I called the office to let them know the doors were too wobbly and unstable plus the glass hits the edge of the track at times when closing. I was told they would call me back after talking to and telling the guys who literally just left the driveway to come back. Well, I called back 20 minutes later and David answered. After informing him about the issue, he got in his feelings began telling me how long he’s been doing this with no complaints and he’s been installing for a particular individual for 20 years without problems. His tone was very unsettling and unprofessional. Well sir, you didn’t install the doors, haven’t seen the end results, and plus they cost too much not to be installed correctly. He proceeded to emphasize it was too far to come out to check the doors and he’ll come out in another week or when there’s another job close by. I definitely won’t be using this company for my ot

They came and put wonderful windows for us. However, it took several times to do them correctly. The first time they came they had the measurements wrong so they had to come again. They couldn't finish them the second time either because of measurements so they came a 3rd time. Then a piece of the flashing on the window broke. So they had to come a 4th time! We also asked them to cut us some glass for the china cabinet I just bought. We told them one measure and then called them back about an hour later and had to add an inch to that. They had already cut it so we tried to make it work. They said we would "work something out". We were going to be charged an additional $40 to cut the class (including the $60 we were already charged but did not keep those pieces). This was unfortunate being that we were understanding during the whole process of them fixing windows multiple times...

We have 15 floor to ceiling windows in our home. Seven of them got damaged by an exterior fire that compromised the seals since they have two glass panels with argon gas in the middle. O’Briens was the company we had selected to give us the panels initially back in 2000. I would highly recommend O’Brien’s for replacement of any window, especially if it’s complicated because they were very tedious and did a fabulous job! Matthew was our job coordinator for our replacement project He was very professional and personable would do business with them again in the future!

I called a few glass companies but I’m glad I ended up going with O’Briens. I requested a glass shower door with a very tight deadline (still knowing it could slip later, and that would have been okay), but they worked with me and were able install it in plenty of time. The staff was friendly and was clear with scheduling and pricing! They quickly came out for measurements and the two guys that came out to install were prompt, friendly and very skilled. They were in and out a did an incredible job. I would highly recommend O’Briens for their quality of work and their price! Thank you for doing such a great job!
